Ham and leek macaroni

Ingredients
| 240 g | Macaroni |
| 1 tbsp | oil |
| 200 g | Leeks, finely sliced into rings |
| 100 g | Ham, finely sliced |
| 200 ml | Cream |
| 1 ladle | Pasta water |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| Nutmeg | |
| Pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cook the macaroni in lightly salted water until al dente.
Step 2 of 5:
Quickly fry the leeks and ham in oil.
Step 3 of 5:
Season well and deglaze everything with the cream and a ladleful of pasta water.
Step 4 of 5:
Add the al dente macaroni and let everything simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 5 of 5:
Serve with fresh herbs.
