Ingredients
| 1 small bunch of radishes | |
| 1 bunch | chives |
| 1/2 bunch | Tarragon |
| 1/2 bunch | flat-leaf parsley |
| 1 bunch | Dill |
| Zest of 1/2 | untreated lemon |
| 200 g | Cream cheese |
| 100 g | Sour cream |
| 2 tbsp | milk |
| 1 box | Cress for decoration |
| Salt | |
| Pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 2:
Remove the green tops from the radishes and wash them. Chop the radishes in the Fissler Finecut® and remove. Wash the herbs and spin-dry them in the Finecut®. Cut the chives in half. Chop the tarragon and parsley leaves, dill tips, and chives in the Finecut®.
Step 2 of 2:
Stir together lemon zest, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper, e.g., with the Fissler Finecut® Mix attachment. Mix in 2/3 of the radishes. Season the cream cheese mixture to taste and place in a small bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining radishes and cress. Serve with country bread.
