Ingredients

1 small bunch of radishes
1 bunch chives
1/2 bunch Tarragon
1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
1 bunch Dill
Zest of 1/2 untreated lemon
200 g Cream cheese
100 g Sour cream
2 tbsp milk
1 box Cress for decoration
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Step 1 of 2:

 

Remove the green tops from the radishes and wash them. Chop the radishes in the Fissler Finecut® and remove. Wash the herbs and spin-dry them in the Finecut®. Cut the chives in half. Chop the tarragon and parsley leaves, dill tips, and chives in the Finecut®.

Step 2 of 2:

 

Stir together lemon zest, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper, e.g., with the Fissler Finecut® Mix attachment. Mix in 2/3 of the radishes. Season the cream cheese mixture to taste and place in a small bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining radishes and cress. Serve with country bread.
