Green asparagus with bacon

Ingredients
| approx. 18 | stalks of fresh, green asparagus |
| 6 potatoes | |
| 1 | Pack of sliced bacon |
| 1 | Hollandaise Sauce |
| 50g | Butter |
| 1/2 | Lemon |
| 100g | coarsely grated Grana Padano |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Peel the potatoes, cut them into eighths and cook in salted water for 25 min.
Step 2 of 5:
Meanwhile, wash the asparagus and trim about 1cm off the ends.
Step 3 of 5:
Cut the bacon slices in half lengthwise and wrap them around the asparagus spears.
Step 4 of 5:
Melt the butter in the Frying Pan, fry the asparagus for about 8 min on each side until the bacon is nice and crispy.
Step 5 of 5:
Season with salt & pepper. Just before Serve, sprinkle the Grana over the asparagus and let it melt slightly. Season the hollandaise sauce with a few squeezes of lemon. Serving and enjoy.
