Ingredients
| 4 cloves of garlic | |

| 1 small cucumber | |
| 100 g | Greek yogurt |
| 100 g | Low-fat quark |
| 50 g | Cream cheese |
| 1 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | Olive oil |
| Salt | |
| Pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 3:
Peel the onion and garlic, then halve the onion. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Cut the cucumber into large pieces and chop it together with the garlic and onion in the Fissler Finecut®.
Step 2 of 3:
Stir together the quark, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and white wine vinegar with the olive oil, e.g., using the Fissler Finecut® Mix attachment.
Step 3 of 3:
Finally, season with salt and pepper and stir again.
