Gratinated White Asparagus from the Frying Pan

Ingredients
| FOR THE ASPARAGUS: | |
| 500 g | white asparagus |
| 1 tbsp. | brown sugar |
| 1 tbsp. | salt |
| pepper | |
| 1–2 tbsp. | olive oil (premium) |
| 30–40 g | Parmesan, freshly grated |
| FOR THE QUARK: | |
| 200 g | low-fat quark / quark cheese |
| 1 bunch | chives, finely chopped |
| 1 splash | apple cider vinegar |
| 1 tsp. | salt |
| 1 splash | olive oil |
Instructions
Step 1 of 7:
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Step 2 of 7:
Peel the asparagus (trim the ends slightly if needed).
Step 3 of 7:
Place the asparagus in the Adamant® Serving Pan. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
Step 4 of 7:
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan.
Step 5 of 7:
Place the Frying Pan in the oven and gratinate the asparagus for about 20 minutes until the Parmesan is golden.
Step 6 of 7:
Mix all the ingredients for the chive quark and season to taste. Boiled potatoes / cooked potatoes are the perfect match.
Step 7 of 7:
Serve the asparagus with the chive quark and potatoes, and enjoy.
