Ingredients
| 1kg | Potatoes |
| 1 | Onion |
| 1 | Egg |
| 2 tbsp | flour |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| Add sugar and applesauce as needed |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Peel the potatoes and grate them finely (do not shred). Place everything in a sieve and drain well.
Step 2 of 5:
Peel the onion and grate it into the potato mixture.
Step 3 of 5:
Add the egg and flour, as well as salt, and mix everything well.
Step 4 of 5:
Heat oil in the pan until very hot, then add 3-4 spoonfuls of the potato mixture at a time and flatten.
Step 5 of 5:
Fry until golden brown on both sides and enjoy with applesauce or, like me, with sugar
