Gnocchi with wild garlic pesto
Today we have a new and incredibly delicious recipe from @tinastausendschoen for you: Gnocchi with wild garlic pesto - this delicious dish was prepared with our Adamant® Comfort pan and the pots from our Original-Profi Collection® .

Ingredients
| 200 g | fresh wild garlic |
| 80 g | blanched almonds |
| 75 g | Parmesan in chunks + a little extra for sprinkling |
| 150 ml | Olive oil + a little extra for storage |
| 300 g | Gnocchi from the refrigerated section |
| Salt and pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, shake off excess water, and chop roughly. (If the stems are too thick, you may need to cut them off)
Step 2 of 4:
Blend together with the almonds, Parmesan, and olive oil in a food processor until it reaches the desired consistency. I personally prefer it a bit coarser.
Step 3 of 4:
Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Step 4 of 4:
Either cook the gnocchi according to package instructions or pan-fry until crispy. Serve with the pesto and some Parmesan.
