Ingredients
| 500g | Gnocchi, refrigerated section |
| 150g | Mushrooms, halved |
| 100g | Baby spinach |
| 1 tbsp | butter |
| 1 | small onion, chopped |
| 40g | Parmesan |
| LIQUID: | |
| 150ml | cream |
| 100ml | Water |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| Pepper | |
| Nutmeg | |
| 1 tsp | cornstarch |
| TOPPING after cooking: | |
| Fresh parsley | |
| Fresh basil | |
| Fresh Parmesan |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Fry the gnocchi in some butter until golden brown and set aside.
Step 2 of 5:
Sauté the onions in some butter, then add the mushrooms.
Step 3 of 5:
Combine all ingredients for the LIQUID, deglaze the mushrooms, and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 4 of 5:
Add the spinach, gnocchi, and Parmesan cheese, and gently combine.
Step 5 of 5:
Serve everything with the toppings.
