Ingredients
| 320 g | Wheat flour |
| 1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder | |
| 1 level teaspoon of salt | |
| 250 g | Natural yogurt or Greek yogurt (3.5% fat) |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 3 crushed garlic cloves | |
| 1 | small handful of chopped parsley |
| 25 g | soft butter |
| Some oil for frying. |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then add the yogurt, olive oil, and 1 clove of garlic, and knead everything into a dough. Form into a ball and let rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2 of 5:
Mix butter with the 2 cloves of garlic and the parsley.
Step 3 of 5:
Portion the dough into 4 parts, roll out into 4 flatbreads on some flour.
Step 4 of 5:
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side. When it starts to bubble and is lightly browned on the bottom, then you can flip it.
Step 5 of 5:
Brush the breads with the garlic butter while still hot.
