320 g Weizenmehl
1 gehäufter TL Backpulver
1 gestrichener TL Salz
250 g Naturjoghurt oder griechischer Joghurt (3,5 % Fett)
1 EL Olivenöl
3 Knoblauchzehen gepresst
1 kleine Handvoll gehackte Petersilie
25 g weiche Butter
Etwas Öl zum Anbraten

Instructions

Step 1 of 5:

 

Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add the yogurt, olive oil, and 1 garlic clove and knead everything into a dough. Shape into a ball and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2 of 5:

 

Mix the butter with the 2 garlic cloves and the parsley.

Step 3 of 5:

 

Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll out into 4 flatbreads on a little flour.

Step 4 of 5:

 

Heat the oil in the Frying Pan and fry the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side. When it starts to bubble and is lightly browned underneath, you can turn it over.

Brush the breads with the garlic butter while still hot.
