Fried Tofu Rice

Ingredients
| 300 g | Rice |
| Sesame oil for frying | |
| 2 cloves of garlic | |
| 1 | Onion |
| 1 bunch of spring onions | |
| 1 | Peppers |
| 3 | Carrot |
| 1 | Handful of sprouts |
| 1 | Handful of peanuts |
| 1 tbsp | Tomato paste |
| 50 ml | Soy sauce |
| 3 tbsp | Agave syrup |
| 1 tsp | Chili flakes |
| Tofu Egg: | |
| 1 tsp | Sesame oil |
| 200 g | Tofu |
| 2 tbsp | Soy yogurt |
| 1 tsp | Turmeric |
| 1 tsp | Kala Namak |
| Toppings: Chili flakes, black sesame seeds, peanuts, lime |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cook rice
Step 2 of 5:
Tofu-Egg: Sauté tofu in sesame oil in the Profi Collection serving pan, then add the remaining ingredients, fry everything until brown & remove from the pan
Step 3 of 5:
Fried Rice: Sauté onion in sesame oil in the same pan, gradually add all other ingredients (except rice and tofu-egg) and fry for 5 min
Step 4 of 5:
Finally, stir in rice and tofu-egg, fry for another 3 min
Step 5 of 5:
Enjoy with toppings!
