Fried Tofu Rice

Ingredients

300 g Rice
Sesame oil for frying
2 cloves of garlic
1 Onion
1 bunch of spring onions
1 Peppers
3 Carrot
1 Handful of sprouts
1 Handful of peanuts
1 tbsp Tomato paste
50 ml Soy sauce
3 tbsp Agave syrup
1 tsp Chili flakes
Tofu Egg:
1 tsp Sesame oil
200 g Tofu
2 tbsp Soy yogurt
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Kala Namak
Toppings: Chili flakes, black sesame seeds, peanuts, lime

Instructions

Step 1 of 5:


Cook rice

Step 2 of 5:


Tofu-Egg: Sauté tofu in sesame oil in the Profi Collection serving pan, then add the remaining ingredients, fry everything until brown & remove from the pan

Step 3 of 5:


Fried Rice: Sauté onion in sesame oil in the same pan, gradually add all other ingredients (except rice and tofu-egg) and fry for 5 min

Step 4 of 5:


Finally, stir in rice and tofu-egg, fry for another 3 min

Step 5 of 5:


Enjoy with toppings!
