Fried Tofu Rice

Ingredients
| 300 g | rice |
| sesame oil for frying | |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 bunch | spring onions |
| 1 | bell pepper |
| 3 | carrots |
| 1 | handful of sprouts |
| 1 | handful of peanuts |
| 1 tbsp. | tomato paste |
| 50 ml | soy sauce |
| 3 tbsp. | agave syrup |
| 1 tsp. | chili flakes |
| Tofu egg: | |
| 1 tsp. | sesame oil |
| 200 g | tofu |
| 2 tbsp. | soy yogurt |
| 1 tsp. | turmeric |
| 1 tsp. | kala namak |
| Toppings: chili flakes, black sesame, peanuts, lime |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cook the rice
Step 2 of 5:
Tofu egg: Sauté the tofu in sesame oil in the Profi Collection Serving Pan, then add the remaining ingredients, fry everything until browned & remove from the Frying Pan
Step 3 of 5:
Fried rice: Sauté the onion in sesame oil in the same Frying Pan, gradually add all remaining ingredients (except the rice and the tofu egg) and fry for 5 min
Step 4 of 5:
At the end, stir in the rice and the tofu egg, then fry everything for another 3 min
Step 5 of 5:
Enjoy with toppings!
