Ingredients

150 g Schokolade
70 g Butter
3 Eier
1 Prise Salz
125 g Zucker
125 ml Sahne
3 EL Mehl
1⁄2 TL Backpulver
etwas Öl
1 EL Semmelbrösel
Puderzucker

Instructions

Step 1 of 7:

 

Crumble the chocolate and melt it with the butter in a small saucepan. Then set aside and leave to cool slightly.

Step 3 of 7:

 

Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, the cream, and the chocolate-butter mixture until frothy. Then fold in the flour mixed with baking powder. 

Step 4 of 7:

 

Add the beaten egg whites to the batter and carefully fold them in. 

Step 5 of 7:

 

Brush a non-stick Frying Pan (28 cm diameter) with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Step 6 of 7:

 

Pour the batter into the Frying Pan, place a matching Lid on top, and bake at about ⅓ of the hob's maximum heat for 20–30 minutes. If nothing sticks to a wooden skewer when inserted into the batter, the tart is done and can be turned out onto a plate. 

Step 7 of 7:

 

Dust with icing sugar and serve preferably while still warm.
