Crispy Chicken Sticks in the adamant® Frying Pan

Ingredients

Ingredients:
400 g chicken tenderloins
Marinade:
100 g yogurt
1/2 tsp each salt, sweet paprika, garlic powder
Breading:
2 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. Panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp each sweet paprika and herbes de Provence
oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1 of 5:

 

For the marinade, mix all the ingredients together and leave the chicken to marinate in it for 1 hour.

Step 2 of 5:

 

Set up the breading station by placing the flour, the eggs (beaten), and the panko breadcrumbs (mixed with the Parmesan and the spices) each in a deep plate.

Step 3 of 5:

 

First coat the chicken in flour, then in egg, and finally in the panko mixture. Then continue processing straight away.

Step 4 of 5:

 

Heat enough oil in the Frying Pan and fry the sticks until crispy on all sides, about 7-9 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a dip of your choice.
