Ingredients

| 400 g | Chicken Inner Fillets |
| Marinade: | |
| 100 g | Yogurt |
| 1/2 tsp each of salt, sweet paprika, and garlic powder. | |
| Breading: | |
| 2 eggs | |
| 6 tbsp | flour |
| 6 tbsp | Panko breadcrumbs |
| 1 tbsp | grated Parmesan |
| 1/2 tsp each of sweet paprika and herbs de Provence | |
| Oil for frying |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
For the marinade, combine all ingredients and let the chicken marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2 of 5:
Set up the breading station: place flour in one shallow plate, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs (mixed with Parmesan and spices) in a third.
Step 3 of 5:
First, dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture. Then proceed immediately.
Step 4 of 5:
Heat enough oil in the pan and fry the sticks until crispy on all sides, about 7-9 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dip.
