Ingredients

| 400 g | chicken tenderloins |
| Marinade: | |
| 100 g | yogurt |
| 1/2 tsp each | salt, sweet paprika, garlic powder |
| Breading: | |
| 2 | eggs |
| 6 tbsp. | flour |
| 6 tbsp. | Panko breadcrumbs |
| 1 tbsp. | grated Parmesan |
| 1/2 tsp each | sweet paprika and herbes de Provence |
| oil for frying |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
For the marinade, mix all the ingredients together and leave the chicken to marinate in it for 1 hour.
Step 2 of 5:
Set up the breading station by placing the flour, the eggs (beaten), and the panko breadcrumbs (mixed with the Parmesan and the spices) each in a deep plate.
Step 3 of 5:
First coat the chicken in flour, then in egg, and finally in the panko mixture. Then continue processing straight away.
Step 4 of 5:
Heat enough oil in the Frying Pan and fry the sticks until crispy on all sides, about 7-9 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a dip of your choice.
