Ingredients

Ingredients:
400 g Chicken Inner Fillets
Marinade:
100 g Yogurt
1/2 tsp each of salt, sweet paprika, and garlic powder.
Breading:
2 eggs
6 tbsp flour
6 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp each of sweet paprika and herbs de Provence
Oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1 of 5:

 

For the marinade, combine all ingredients and let the chicken marinate for 1 hour.

Step 2 of 5:

 

Set up the breading station: place flour in one shallow plate, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs (mixed with Parmesan and spices) in a third.

Step 3 of 5:

 

First, dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture. Then proceed immediately.

Step 4 of 5:

 

Heat enough oil in the pan and fry the sticks until crispy on all sides, about 7-9 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dip.
