Ingredients

| 1 tbsp | Sunflower oil |
| 350g | Chicken meat (with bones) |
| Pepper | |
| Dried thyme | |
| 400ml | Vegetable stock |
| Part 2: | |
| 160g | Orzo Pasta |
| 150g | Broccoli, small florets |
| 50ml | cream |
| 150ml | Water |
| 40g | Grated Parmesan |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Sauté all ingredients Part 1 in the large pot from @fissler_de for 4 minutes, deglaze with vegetable broth, and cook for 12 minutes.
Step 2 of 4:
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and let it turn golden brown in the oven (broil function or top heat).
Step 3 of 4:
Add the orzo pasta, broccoli, and 150ml of water to the broth and bring everything to a boil. After 10 minutes, add the Parmesan cheese and cream and let it cook for a few minutes until the pasta is done.
Step 4 of 4:
Serve everything with fresh herbs.
