Ingredients
| 500 g | Potatoes |
| 200 g | Carrots |
| 140 g | Canned corn (drained weight) |
| 100 g | Frozen peas |
| 120 ml | Milk |
| 50 g | Butter |
| Salt, pepper, nutmeg | |
| Optional | some fresh, chopped parsley |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small pieces. Boil in salted water for about 20 minutes.
Step 2 of 5:
Then add the drained corn and peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3 of 5:
Meanwhile, heat the milk and melt the butter in it, stirring in a good pinch of salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 4 of 5:
Drain the vegetables, pour the sauce over them, and mash everything to the desired consistency.
Step 5 of 5:
Optionally, you can add some fresh, chopped parsley.
