Chili sin Carne

Ingredients
| 1 kg | Soup vegetables |
| 2 onions | |
| 2 cloves of garlic | |
| 200 g | Pumpkin seeds |
| 1.2 L | Vegetable broth |
| 800 g | Tomato pieces |
| 200 ml | Red wine |
| 1 tsp each of chili, oregano, cumin, and cocoa | |
| 400 g | dried kidney beans |
| 500 g | Corn |
| Decoration | Coriander, chili, lime |
Instructions
Step 1 of 9:
Wash/peel soup vegetables and mix to rice grain size.
Step 2 of 9:
Roast pumpkin seeds in the pressure cooker without oil, remove and also roughly mix.
Step 3 of 9:
Sauté vegetables in the pressure cooker with oil for approx. 10 minutes.
Step 4 of 9:
Add pumpkin seeds, broth, wine, tomatoes & spices.
Step 5 of 9:
As soon as the green ring appears on the cooking indicator, cook the chili for 15 minutes on level 3 and then simply let the pot steam off via the cooking indicator.
Step 6 of 9:
In a normal pot, the cooking time is approx. 30 minutes.
Step 7 of 9:
Add dried beans and cook according to package instructions. In the pressure cooker (level 3), the time is reduced by approx. 50%.
Step 8 of 9:
Add corn and let it warm for approx. 5 minutes.
Step 9 of 9:
Serve with cilantro, chili rings & lime slices.
