Chicken in Parmesan Sauce (Low Carb)

Ingredients
| 500 g | Chicken breast |
| 1 | Onion |
| 200 g | Baby spinach |
| 1 handful | cherry tomatoes |
| 250 g | Cream or cream substitute |
| 100 ml | Milk |
| 70 g | Parmesan |
| 1 tsp | dried herbs of Provence |
| Salt, pepper | |
| Some oil for frying |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cut the chicken into larger pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes, finely chop the onion, and grate the Parmesan.
Step 2 of 5:
Heat oil in the Frying Pan and sear the chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes each until it starts to brown. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the Frying Pan.
Step 3 of 5:
Briefly sauté the onions in the same Frying Pan, then add the baby spinach and tomatoes and deglaze with cream and milk.
Step 4 of 5:
Stir in the herbs de Provence and add a little salt and pepper. Then stir in the Parmesan and return the meat to the Frying Pan.
Step 5 of 5:
Let everything simmer gently for another 2-3 minutes.
