Ingredients
| 500 g | Hähnchenbrust |
| 1 | rote Paprika |
| 250 g | Sahne oder Sahneersatz |
| 4 EL | Ajvar |
| 1 EL | Tomatenmark |
| 2 TL | eingelegten grünen Pfeffer (optional) |
| Etwas Öl zum Anbraten | |
| Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika edelsüss |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Cut the chicken into large pieces and sear on both sides in a little oil for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika, then remove from the Frying Pan.
Step 2 of 6:
Cut the peppers into thin strips and fry them in the same Frying Pan for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
Step 3 of 6:
Add the tomato paste, ajvar, and peppercorns, then deglaze with the cream.
Step 4 of 6:
Return the chicken to the Frying Pan and let it simmer gently over low heat with the Lid on for about 10 minutes.
Step 5 of 6:
If the sauce is a little too thick for you, you can of course thin it out with 50-100 ml vegetable stock.
Step 6 of 6:
At the end, season to taste again with the spices. Rice or potatoes make a great side dish.
