Schupfnudel Frying Pan Cheeseburger Style

Ingredients
| 500 g | chilled-section Schupfnudeln |
| 200 g | ground beef |
| salt, pepper, sweet paprika | |
| 2 tbsp. | tomato paste |
| 2 tbsp. | tomato ketchup |
| 1 tbsp. | mustard |
| 150 ml | water |
| 2-3 | pickles |
| 2 tbsp. | fried onions |
| 2 | slices of processed cheese |
| some | oil for frying |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Fry the Schupfnudeln in a little oil until golden brown and remove from the Frying Pan.
Step 2 of 5:
Fry the minced beef until crumbly, season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika, then stir in the tomato purée, ketchup, and mustard and deglaze with approx. 150 ml water.
Step 3 of 5:
Slice the gherkins into thin rounds and cut the cheese into small pieces.
Step 4 of 5:
Stir half of it into the sauce, then return the Schupfnudeln to the Frying Pan.
Step 5 of 5:
Let everything simmer briefly, top with the remaining cheese, the remaining crispy fried onions, and the remaining gherkins, and serve.
