Burrata Tomato Dip with Herbs

Ingredients
| 1 | Burrata |
| 50 g | sun-dried tomatoes in oil |
| 2 EL | cream cheese |
| 1 EL | tomato oil from the jar |
| 1 | small clove of garlic |
| 1 TL | Italian herbs |
| Fresh basil | |
| Salt & pepper |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Drain the sun-dried tomatoes well and finely chop them.
Step 2 of 6:
Carefully tear the burrata into pieces and place it in a bowl with the cream cheese.
Step 3 of 6:
Finely chop or crush the garlic and stir it in together with the sun-dried tomatoes and the tomato oil.
Step 4 of 6:
Add Italian herbs and gently mix everything together so the burrata keeps its creamy texture.
Step 5 of 6:
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then chill the dip until serving.
Step 6 of 6:
Before serving, garnish with fresh basil and a little extra tomato oil.
