Burrata Tomato Dip with Herbs

Especially creamy, Mediterranean, and perfect for warm grilling evenings. The burrata creates a creamy texture and pairs perfectly with the savoury dried tomatoes.

Ingredients

1 Burrata
50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
2 tbsp. cream cheese
1 tbsp. tomato oil from the jar
1 small clove of garlic
1 tsp. Italian herbs
Fresh basil
Salt & pepper

Instructions

Step 1 of 6:

 

Drain the sun-dried tomatoes well and finely chop them.

Step 2 of 6:

 

Carefully tear the burrata into pieces and place it in a bowl with the cream cheese.

Step 3 of 6:

 

Finely chop or press the garlic and stir it in together with the sun-dried tomatoes and the tomato oil.

Step 4 of 6:

 

Add Italian herbs and gently fold everything together so the burrata keeps its creamy texture.

Step 5 of 6:

 

Season with salt and pepper and chill the dip until Serve.

Step 6 of 6:

 

Before Serve, garnish with fresh basil and a little extra tomato oil.
