Breaded schnitzel in herb breading

Ingredients
| 20g | Parsley |
| 30g | Pumpkin seeds |
| 100g | Panko (or breadcrumbs) |
| 6 | Schnitzels at 150g |
| Salt & Pepper | |
| 80g | Meh |
| 2 eggs | |
| 100g | Ghee |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Finely mix parsley, pumpkin seeds, and panko.
Step 2 of 4:
Salt and pepper the schnitzel.
Step 3 of 4:
Coat the schnitzel in flour, then beaten egg, and finally the herb breading.
Step 4 of 4:
Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the schnitzel on both sides for approx. 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
