Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
| 400 g | Roast beef, cut into strips |
| 2 red onions, sliced into half-rings | |
| 250 g | sliced brown mushrooms |
| 100 g | sour cucumbers, cut into wide strips |
| 150 ml | Vegetable broth |
| 200 g | sour cream |
| 1 tbsp | flour |
| Salt and pepper | |
| some clarified butter for frying | |
| A handful of chopped parsley |
Instructions
Step 1 of 3:
Heat clarified butter in the pan and briefly sear the meat on all sides, season with salt and pepper, and remove from the pan.
Step 2 of 3:
Sauté onions and mushrooms, season lightly, stir in 1 tbsp flour, and deglaze with vegetable broth. Add sour cream and pickles, and simmer everything for 5 minutes.
Step 3 of 3:
Then briefly reheat the meat in the sauce and serve with chopped parsley. Rice is a particularly good side dish.
