Boeuf Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

400 g Roast beef, cut into strips
2 red onions, sliced into half-rings
250 g sliced brown mushrooms
100 g sour cucumbers, cut into wide strips
150 ml Vegetable broth
200 g sour cream
1 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper
some clarified butter for frying
A handful of chopped parsley

Instructions

Step 1 of 3:

 

Heat clarified butter in the pan and briefly sear the meat on all sides, season with salt and pepper, and remove from the pan.

Step 2 of 3:

 

Sauté onions and mushrooms, season lightly, stir in 1 tbsp flour, and deglaze with vegetable broth. Add sour cream and pickles, and simmer everything for 5 minutes.

Step 3 of 3:

 

Then briefly reheat the meat in the sauce and serve with chopped parsley. Rice is a particularly good side dish.
