Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cut the beef sirloin into bite-sized pieces. Mix and marinate the beef with coriander, cumin, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.
Step 2 of 5:
Cut the bell pepper and onion to the same size as the beef and thread them onto a skewer.
Step 3 of 5:
Heat the Ceratal® Comfort without oil, place the flatbread on it, and bake it. Then heat the grapeseed oil in the Frying Pan and fry the skewers over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 4 of 5:
Prepare the tzatziki sauce: remove the seeds from the cucumber, dice it finely, and squeeze out the water using a kitchen towel. Chop the dill and garlic, then place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Step 5 of 5:
Place the skewers and the tzatziki sauce on the flatbread and sprinkle with dill.
Fissler Pro Tips:
When preparing tzatziki sauce, the key is to draw the moisture out of the cucumber. Since the core contains a lot of moisture and has a mushy texture, it is better to remove the cucumber core from the middle and then chop it.
