Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Cut beef tenderloin into bite-sized pieces. Mix and marinate the beef with coriander, cumin, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.
Step 2 of 5:
Cut bell peppers and onions to the same size as the beef and thread onto skewers.
Step 3 of 5:
Heat the Ceratal® Comfort without oil, place flatbread on it and bake. Then heat the grapeseed oil in the pan and fry the skewers until golden brown over medium heat.
Step 4 of 5:
Prepare the tzatziki sauce: core the cucumber, dice finely, and squeeze out the water with a kitchen towel. Chop dill and garlic, then combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Step 5 of 5:
Place the skewers and tzatziki sauce on the flatbread and sprinkle with dill.
Fissler Pro Tips:
When preparing tzatziki sauce, the key is to remove moisture from the cucumber. Since the core contains a lot of moisture and has a mushy consistency, it's better to remove the cucumber core from the center and then chop it.
