Ingredients
| 40 g | Pine nuts |
| 2 pots | fresh basil |
| 50 g | Parmesan |
| 2 cloves of garlic | |
| 1 tsp | coarse sea salt |
| 120 ml | Olive oil |
Instructions
Step 1 of 4:
Toast pine nuts in a saucepan and let cool.
Step 2 of 4:
Wash basil leaves and spin dry with the Finecut® .
Step 3 of 4:
Chop the basil leaves with the garlic cloves, olive oil, and sea salt in the Finecut® until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 4 of 4:
Finally, chop the Parmesan and stir it into the pesto mixture.
