Baked Pasta
Today we have a simple and quick recipe from @15minutenrezepte for you - Pasta al Forno. The dish was prepared using the serving pan and pots from our Original-Profi Collection® .

Ingredients
| 300g | Pasta |
| 2 tbsp | oil |
| 1 onion, finely diced | |
| 2 cloves of garlic, pressed | |
| 1 tbsp | tomato paste |
| 125g | Buffalo mozzarella |
| 50g | Parmesan |

| SAUCE:|| | |
| 400g | diced tomatoes |
| 150ml | Water |
| 50ml | Cream |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | Thyme |
| Pepper | |
| Pinch of sugar | |

| TOPPING after cooking:|| | |
| Fresh parsley | |
| Fresh basil | |
| Arugula | |
| Fresh Parmesan |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
Step 2 of 6:
Meanwhile, sauté the onions, garlic, and tomato paste in oil and mix all ingredients into the SAUCE.
Step 3 of 6:
Deglaze everything with the SAUCE and bring to a boil.
Step 4 of 6:
Combine the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 5 of 6:
Bake at 210℃ top/bottom heat for 8 minutes.
Step 6 of 6:
Serve everything with the toppings.
