Asparagus salad

Ingredients
| 3 EL | Olivenöl |
| 500g | grüner Spargel |
| 150g | Edamame |
| 3 EL | Sojasauce |
| 1 Prise | brauner Zucker |
| 2 EL | Zitronen- oder Limettensaft |
| Chilipulver | |
| Pfeffer | |
| 100g | geröstete Cashews |
| Asia Salate, Korianderblättchen, Thai Basilikum | |
| Weißer und Schwarzer Sesam |
Instructions
Step 1 of 5:
Heat olive oil in the Ceratal® Comfort Frying Pan. Trim 500 g of green asparagus, cut into pieces approx. 3 cm long, and fry in the pan.
Step 2 of 5:
Add the edamame after a few minutes.
Step 3 of 5:
Deglaze with soy sauce, brown sugar, and lemon or lime juice. Once the asparagus is tender-crisp, turn off the heat.
Step 4 of 5:
Season with chili powder and pepper. Stir in the roasted cashews.
Step 5 of 5:
Leave to cool slightly, then fold in a handful of Asian salad leaves, coriander leaves, and Thai basil. Garnish with white and black sesame seeds.
