Ingredients
| 2 | large apples (or 4 smaller apples) |
| 2 eggs | size M |
| 6 heaped tbsp | flour |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 10 tbsp | milk |
| 1 sachet | vanilla sugar |
| A little oil for frying |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
For the batter, put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir well with a spoon until you get a slightly thick batter.
Step 2 of 6:
Peel the apples, remove the core with an apple corer, then cut the apples into rings (about 0.3-0.5 cm thick).
Step 3 of 6:
Heat a little oil in the Frying Pan. The adamant® comfort Frying Pan is perfect for this.
Step 4 of 6:
Use a fork to dip the apple rings into the batter until they are coated, then place them into the Frying Pan one by one.
Step 5 of 6:
I needed about 4 batches for this amount. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Turn only once, similar to how you would make pancakes.
Step 6 of 6:
Place on kitchen paper until Serve.
