Ingredients
| 2 large apples (or 4 smaller apples) | |
| 2 eggs | Size M |
| 6 heaped tablespoons of flour | |
| 1 tbsp sugar | |
| 10 tbsp | milk |
| 1 packet | vanilla sugar |
| Some oil for frying |
Instructions
Step 1 of 6:
For the batter, combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well with a spoon until a slightly viscous batter forms.
Step 2 of 6:
Peel the apples, remove the core with an apple corer, and then cut the apples into rings (about 0.3-0.5 cm thick).
Step 3 of 6:
Heat some oil in the pan. The adamant® comfort pan is excellent for this.
Step 4 of 6:
Dip the apple rings into the batter using a fork until they are coated, then place the apple rings into the pan one by one.
Step 5 of 6:
I needed about 4 batches for this amount. Fry on both sides for about 2-3 minutes each. Flip only once, similar to how you would prepare pancakes.
Step 6 of 6:
Store on paper towels until serving.
