Fissler is the test winner at Stiftung Warentest.

The Original-Profi Collection® from Fissler is the top-rated stainless steel Cookware Set

Idar-Oberstein, February 28, 2022. In issue 3/2022 of its magazine, Stiftung Warentest put 17 stainless steel cookware sets to the test. Fissler's Original-Profi Collection® clearly came out on top, outperforming products from Elo, Zwilling, and WMF, among others. Fissler's successful cookware series is manufactured entirely in Germany and was tested alongside the other series in the categories "Function During Cooking," "Handling," "Energy Consumption," and "Durability," receiving the quality rating "good (1.9)." This puts the test winner clearly ahead of the other brands in the test series, whose ratings start at 2.2.

The Original-Profi Collection® particularly impressed the testers in the key categories "Performance while cooking" (score 1.7) and "Handling" (score 2.1), which closely examined features such as heating/cooling time, temperature distribution across the base, the instructions for use, the temperature of the pot/lid handle, and ease of cleaning. "Durability" was rated "very good" with a score of 1.5.

Stiftung Warentest explains the award for the Fissler series as follows: "The test winner is the Fissler Original-Profi Collection at 530 euros. The pots with the thickest base retain heat very well, distribute temperature evenly, and are very durable."
