If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fissler.com you may return any full priced, new, and unused product in its original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Fissler will provide a prepaid standard shipping label for returns within the continental US. Charges related to expedited shipping or shipping outside the continental US will not be covered. Any gift-with-purchase items must be returned if you are returning the original qualifying product.
Fissler’s Open Box and Clearance products are Final Sale and are excluded from the free return policy. These products are eligible for warranty service.

Fissler products purchased from another retailer must be returned directly to this retailer.
Fissler will pay for any authorized standard return shipping within the continental US. Any other additional charges related to expedited shipping will not be refunded. Fissler provides a pre-paid printable label. For returns outside of the continental US a return fee will apply, please contact customerservice@fissler.com for further information.
Your refund will be processed once the return is received. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and your financial institution to receive the credited funds. Refunds are made back to the original form of payment. Please allow extra time during holiday months or major holidays.
