Shipping and Payment

Fissler offers free shipping and handling for orders over $99.95 within the continental US. Orders under $99.95 are subject to a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $9.50 within the continental US.

Fissler offers shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Shipments outside the continental US are subject to a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $30 per order.  For returns from these destinations, a return fee will be applied. Please contact customerservice@fissler.com for further information.

Yes, FedEx can deliver to a PO Box in partnership with the US Postal Service. Please allow for additional transit time for PO Box shipments.

Fissler ships all orders via FedEx Ground.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours after receipt/payment. Please allow for additional processing time around major holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation with your FedEx tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order conveniently at www.FedEx.com

If your shipment is in transit, it is best to contact FedEx directly at 1 (800) 463-3339 or you may contact your Fissler customer service team at customerservice@fissler.com.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay.

At Fissler.com, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If an item you have purchased from Fissler.com goes on sale within 7 days of your original purchase, we are happy to offer a price match to ensure you get the best possible deal. To request a price match, simply contact us within this 7-day window with your Fissler order number. We will refund the price difference back to your original payment method.

Conditions:

  • Our price match policy only applies to purchases made at www.fissler.com and will only match promotions offered at  www.fissler.com.
  • The item must be identical (same model, specifications, and condition) to the item currently on sale.
  • The price match request must be made within 7 days of your original purchase.
  • Price match adjustments do not apply to clearance or open-box items.
  • A price match request can only be made once per item.

Order Cancellation/Changes

If you need to cancel your order, please contact customerservice@fissler.com as soon as possible and we will make every effort to cancel the order.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact customerservice@fissler.com as soon as possible and we will make every effort to assist you.

Please know that some changes might result in the cancellation of your order. In this case we will issue a full refund back to your original form of payment and you can easily place a new order in our web shop.
