Non-stick pans are part of the basic equipment of any kitchen. Thanks to the non-stick coating, food no longer sticks or burns. Fissler water-based non-stick coatings are manufactured in Germany and are particularly easy to clean.

Non-stick Fissler are made of up to 60% recycled aluminum and have water-based and particularly durable non-stick coatings with an excellent non-stick effect. They are manufactured as sustainably as possible in our state-of-the-art production facility in Rhineland-Palatinate.
Non-stick Fissler pans feature first-class coatings with a non-stick effect:
Ceramic coating free of PFAS/PTFE.
Excellent PTFE-based coatings that are harmless to health.
In accordance with VO (EC) No. 2019/1021, all Fissler pans are PFOA-free.
At Fissler, you can choose from four different frying pan bodies (Premium, Comfort, Classic, and Serving Pan) as well as three water-based nonstick coatings and robust stainless steel pans.
The Adamant® nonstick coating is a robust PTFE coating reinforced with silicon carbide particles. The addition of the hard particles makes it extremely scratch-resistant. You can even use rounded metal kitchen utensils in Fissler Adamant® pans.

The particularly scratch-resistant Adamant® Premium frying pan is the highest quality from the most successful Fissler pan and wok series.
The Ceratal® series is made without added PFAS/PTFE for healthy frying. The environmentally friendly coating is water-based and has a non-stick effect comparable to PTFE-coated pans.

Using non-stick cookware is safe and especially convenient: nothing burns or stick in a Fissler non-stick frying pan. To extend the life of a non-stick pan, there are a few tips and tricks to keep in mind:
We recommend using silicone or wooden kitchen utensils.
Don't use sharp objects like forks and knives.
Simply clean non-stick pans with a soft sponge cloth, warm water, and some dishwashing liquid.
Fissler pans are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher. We recommend washing by hand to preserve the non-stick effect and extend the life of the pan.
Make sure in advance that your pan is suitable for use in the oven.

Searing at high temperatures, we recommend a stainless-steel pan. Stainless steel pans are robust, durable and dishwasher safe.
For preparing food that sticks easily, such as fish, egg dishes, and pancakes, a non-stick pan is the right choice.
