The Milk Pot is very versatile!(5)
I purchased this on a whim for myself. It is now my go-to pot for just about everything that needs pouring out for draining or adding to other recipes. I might even use it to heat milk one day. It is sturdy, well balanced and pours perfectly, and cleans up like a dream. I boiled a bit of pasta to add to another dish - the handle makes pouring to strain liquid off very easy. Wonderful for whisking a roux and sauce for a dish. The height is perfect - no spashing. I have used the Milk Pot to make a huge amount of iced tea to transfer when cool to refrigerator container. Kudos to the engineers. I know what our adult children will be receiving for birthdays this year.
