I decided to participate in the Fissler Global Cooking Challenge because I enjoy measuring myself against others on an equal footing and I love learning new things. My passion and love for cooking developed at a very early age, though there was never much time for elaborate cooking in our busy household. So, I started cooking during my teenage years. Nowadays, I am increasingly interested in sophisticated cuisine, with a strong focus on sustainability, seasonality, and regional ingredients. Friends and family love visiting us because I always surprise them with a variety of dishes, and I never forget to create a suitable table decoration. Good food, for us, means a high quality of life.
